Develop a strategy to enter the Italian renewables O&M market;Cultivate and manage relationships with renewable energy producers to secure O&M and EPC agreements and foster long-term partnerships;Lead initiatives to enhance our service offerings;Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings;Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals;Represent the company at industry events conferencesand meetings to showcase our renewable energy initiatives and attract new partners;Provide regular reports on sales activities client feedback and market insights to the executive team;While the initial and primary scope of the position isItaly the responsibility can be extended toother European countries where MET has renewable assets;Performing other additional tasks related to the job.Qualifications :Masters degree in electrical engineering energy or renewable energy engineering Economics or equivalent experienceSolid understanding of the commercial technical and economic aspects of renewablepower plants;5 years of total experience out of which 2 yearsof proven and relevant experiencein a sales position for Asset Management servicessolar projects O&M or main component manufacturers;Efficient in MS office (PowerPoint MS Projects Excel Word etc.);Willing to travel to project sites;Proactive attitude excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills;Fluent English and Italian language knowledgeis required any additional language knowledge (e.g. Spanish German or other European language) is an advantage.Additional Information :What we can offer :International career opportunity;High degree of responsibility and independence;Competitive remuneration package;Participation in complex project tasks;Great atmosphere with a friendly and supportive international team;Hybrid working opportunity.Remote Work : Employment Type :Full-timeKey SkillsCement Plant,Account Payable,Business Continuity Planning,Electronic Security,Computer EngineeringExperience : yearsVacancy : 1Senior Sales Manager • Milano, Lombardy, Italy
