Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.
Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Assess candidate interest and ability to thrive in ION culture.
Foster lasting relationships with candidates.
Share best practice interviewing techniques with interviewers.
Build a network of internal and external resources for recruitment needs.
Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates throughout the process.
Partner with Marketing to develop and promote our employer brand.
Promote our values, culture, and passion.
Distribute employer brand content effectively.
Design and monitor metrics to evaluate hiring practices.
Develop data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance our employer brand by benchmarking industry best practices.
Requirements

Be ambitious, efficient, and stable under tight deadlines.
Ability to build relationships across disciplines and time zones.
Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
Willingness to learn and utilize software tools.
Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Proven success in recruiting, especially in the tech industry.
Experience recruiting for all seniority levels.
Knowledge of candidate tracking systems.
Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
Aptitude for sharing best practices and becoming a subject matter expert.
Ability to advise hiring managers effectively.
Contract and Locations
