Cedacri, part of ION Group, is a global company providing trading and workflow automation software, data, and business insights to various clients worldwide.Role and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.Assess candidate interest and cultural fit within ION.Foster relationships with candidates and share best interviewing practices.Build networks of internal and external resources.Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates.Partner with Marketing to enhance employer branding.Promote company values and culture through content.Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.Identify industry best practices and nurture partnerships to elevate branding.RequirementsFocus on delivering excellent candidate experience.Be ambitious, efficient, and stable under deadlines.Build relationships across disciplines and time zones.Excellent communication skills at all levels.Willingness to learn and utilize software tools.Degree in Marketing, HR, or related field preferred.Proven success in recruiting, especially in the tech space.Experience with candidate tracking systems.5+ years of recruiting experience.Aptitude for sharing best practices and acting as a talent advisor.Contract and LocationsPriority is given to candidates with disabilities as per Italian law (L.68 / 99).
