This will allow the executive team to focus on strategic growth and further development of the organization’s structure.Your profile:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related fieldFluent Italian and English, additional foreign languages are a plusProficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum 5 years of experience in Project Management for industrial machinery and plant projectsStrong knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)Experience in managing contractual and financial aspects of projectsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsCustomer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering valueTasks:The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the operational and managerial oversight of industrial projects, ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional teams.
