We enable mobility operators worldwide to make infrastructure intelligent, increase value sustainably over the entire lifecycle, enhance passenger experience, and guarantee availability.We are seeking a Senior Project Financial Controller in Milan, responsible for all commercial matters including Accounting, Legal, Tax, NCM, and ECC topics. The CPM ensures compliance with regulations during offer and project execution and supports the Project Manager/Bid Manager in other responsibilities as needed.Your ImpactAs a Senior Project Financial Controller, you will ensure high standards in managing all commercial and financial aspects of projects and perform general controlling operations within your business divisions. Your key responsibilities include:Managing the project lifecycleEnsuring accuracy of project books and records, including SAP compliance and local Gaap requirementsSupporting financial analysis to optimize project gross profit, cash flow, and assetsCommunicating with customer representatives to resolve commercial issuesSetting up contract and claim management in collaboration with the contract managerAssessing risks and opportunities, developing strategies, and managing responsesPromoting a culture of trust and integrity within the teamSupporting financial analysis, planning, controlling, and business administration activitiesConsolidating accounting and financial reporting operationsIdeal CandidateMinimum 4 years' experience in financial project functionsDegree in Economics or Management EngineeringProficiency in SAPFluent in English and ItalianStrong analytical, planning, and risk management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesFlexible to manage multiple projects independentlyPassionate about continuous growthRespectful of diversity, collaborative, and eager to share knowledgeEligible to work in ItalyWhat We OfferFlexible working environment with hybrid and remote options, supported by innovative tools and Wi-Fi reimbursementWelfare programs, health insurance for you and family, accident insurance, and free on-site lunchOpportunities for continuous learning and growthAn inclusive culture where you can be yourselfJoin us and be yourself.
