What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a New Business Line – Drive the strategy and execution for our current BNPL product and features in the credit area BNPL, taking products from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase.
Consumer‑Facing Excellence – Focus on the UX and customer‑facing side of credit, ensuring that complex financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and perfectly integrated into the Satispay experience.
Cross‑functional Alignment – Act as a strategic orchestrator between diverse departments, including Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud, aligning different priorities toward a shared product vision.
Define & Document – Write clear user stories and requirements for the Engineering team, ensuring that both frontend experience and backend logic (like credit scoring and collection) are aligned.
Data‑Driven Optimisation – Analyse product usage and performance metrics to optimise credit features and identify new market opportunities.
Process Evangelism & Mentorship – Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows, helping the team anticipate obstacles and ensuring smooth product delivery.
Who We’re Looking For
Relevant Experience – 5+ years as a Product Manager (with at least 3 years specifically in the Credit space).
Launch & Growth Track Record – Proven experience in launching products from scratch and leading them through growth and scaling phases.
Analytical & Financial Mind – Strong understanding of the financial world, including credit scoring and collection management.
Stakeholder Management Skills – Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance, etc.) in complex contexts.
Language Proficiency – Professional fluency in English.
