Position: Project Planner / Controller
Location: Rome or Salerno, Italy
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule.
Support the Cost Control department regarding project budget and cash flow, following directives from the Project Manager.
Monitor project progress, comparing it with baseline plans.
Prepare periodic reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements.
Conduct field inspections as necessary to gather data for WBS and schedule review or to verify compliance with approved plans.
Assist in preparing the project budget, monitor and control time, costs, and revenues.
Support the preparation of financial and economic reports to aid decision-making.
Monitor potential cost deviations, calculate earned value, and estimate remaining work (EVM).
Propose revisions to the project budget and update planning tools based on progress and project changes, following directives from the Project Manager and Project Control office.
Availability for short-term travel within Italy.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering or Architecture (or diploma as a surveyor with proven experience in a similar role).
Skills in Project Management.
5-10 years of experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects in the plant sector.
5-10 years of experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects in the construction sector (residential, commercial, industrial).
Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Office, especially Excel, MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, or similar).
Experience with infrastructure projects related to sports facilities (stadiums, arenas, etc.).
English language skills (optional).

Note:
This is a full-time position with locations in Rome or Salerno. The candidate should be willing to undertake short trips within Italy.
