Senior Mechanical Designer (m/f/d) – Rheinmetall
Location: Lanciano (CH). Department: Central Industrial Engineering (CIE).
What We Are Looking For
In a logic of continuous improvement, we are looking for a senior Mechanical Designer for Central Industrial Engineering (CIE) department in Lanciano (CH). Key responsibilities:

Manage the engineering developments of the new mechanical automatic process machines, according to timeframes and objectives defined in the project;
Coordinate the design and implementation of testing, to optimise new materials and current processes;
Collaborate with the Research and Development Team;
Prepare reports within the deadlines of the planned activities;
Improve the time to market for ME design;
Improve new technical solutions;
Support and implement higher technological solutions with a transversal know-how.

Qualifications

At least 8-10 years of experience in ME design of automatic process machines.
A team player who demonstrates determination, energy and enthusiasm following an open, flexible and solution driven approach.
Excellent Mechanical Design skills: Layout development and Automatic machine development
Excellent Pneumatical Development skills
Competence in business tools: MS Office, MS Projects, 2D CAD, 3D Solid Edge, FEM analysis
Fluent in English is a must, second language is an advantage
Educated to a technical diploma/degree.
