You will work as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide business outcomes and innovative solutions for solving challenging business problems. ResponsibilitiesStrategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of business processes and SAP solutions that are simple, scalable, and maintainable to meet client needs.Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, within budget, and with quality.Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involve in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging customer processes and SAP expertise with clients and team members while applying the latest technologies and industry best practices.EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseProfessional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on SAP expertise in SAP S/4HANA ISU-Billing with multiple commodities (e.g., electric, gas, water, wastewater) and knowledge of ISU processes (Customer Experience, Device/Work Management, FICA) with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations (four in Energy and Utilities) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect. Include design of billing processes and support of billing programs (landlord, collective billing execution, reversals, and related procedures).Extensive experience and oversight in rate/tariff design and build for all customer classes, including complex bills.Deep knowledge of IS-U data model master data and integration points.Extensive experience with batch job processing chains and exceptions management.SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with customer service and billing business processes and workflows and the ability to integrate these processes with SAP and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions.Leadership and Project Management Skills: Project management methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with required quality standards.Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level knowledge in Energy and Utilities.AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with AI models in SAP implementations and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.Eligibility and Equal Opportunity: We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
