A highly respected and structured IPP is seeking an experiencedProject Construction Managerto oversee the delivery ofutility-scale solar PV projects in Northern Italy.Based inMilan or Rome , you will report directly to the Head of Construction and play a key role in managingmedium-voltage (MV) solar projectsfrom pre-construction through to commissioning. These sites are anywhere from 5MW to 10MW in size.Key Responsibilities : Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones, quality, safety, and budget targets are met Manage subcontractors, site teams, and construction partners Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and permitting teams Monitor progress and report regularly to the Head of Construction Ensure compliance with Italian construction regulations and grid connection requirementsRequirements : 5+ years’ experience in solar PV construction, ideally utility-scale projects Strong knowledge of MV electrical systems Experience working for an IPP Fluent in Italian and English Willingness to travel to project sites across Northern ItalyThis is an opportunity to join a mission-driven IPP at the forefront of Italy’s energy transition
