The role is pivotal in overseeing industrial management control activities, supporting various departments in strategic and operational decision-making. The main goal is to monitor plant performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's industrial strategy.Main responsibilities include:Preparing reports on industrial performance, ensuring timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting aligned with company objectives;Analyzing industrial activities with reports and comments on deviations from budgets, proposing and supporting corrective actions;Verifying achievement of revenue and margin targets, with economic evaluations of key cost drivers and productivity;Developing and monitoring industrial KPIs, fostering a culture focused on performance and efficiency;Actively supporting the improvement of internal control processes and standardization of reporting procedures.Qualifications:Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields;At least 4-5 years of consolidated experience in Industrial Management Control roles;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic and operational support;Basic knowledge of SAP;Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, basic macros);Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.Job details:Location: Province of Bergamo SudContract: Permanent, with salary and classification based on experience, up to approximately €50,000.
