Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting.
Manage the team of accountants, real estate accountants, and back‑office staff, and collaborate on future structuring based on expansion plans.
Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity is effectively managed across all projects and operations.
Support in managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in real estate or related industry.
Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with both numbers and people.
Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the company develops.

We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 70,000. Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.
