Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Electrical Engineer based in Milan. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. The role involves creating detailed electrical designs, conducting analyses, and overseeing the implementation of electrical projects. The individual will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the projects are executed efficiently while meeting industry standards and regulations. Providing technical support and guidance will also be part of day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Qualifications

Strong Electrical Engineering and Electricity knowledge
Proficiency in Electrical Design and related methodologies
Excellent Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and problem‑solving
Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration and documentation
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role or equivalent
Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
