Introducing an innovative payment process for cars and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify possible "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas. You are in charge of support for existing clients.
