You are responsible for developing business within your assigned portfolio and customers.ResponsibilitiesCustomer ManagementAssess, benchmark and establish customer contactsDevelop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospectsIntervene in the negotiation of important commercial and contractual conditionsDevelop a strong customer relationship by implementing contractsPromote all the Group's service offeringsPlay an anchor role for a dynamic and lasting customer relationship with continuous follow-upsPeople ManagementActive involvement in the sourcing and selection process of candidates and new hiresExplore all avenues of building a strong candidate pipeline such as employee referrals, social sites, job fairs, etc.Partner with recruiters and staffing partners to recruit the right talent in line with customer requirementsDevelop proactive candidate pipelines to cater to open positionsEngage with a team of technical consultants with the help of HR tools such as induction plans, training plans, and performance managementFinancials ManagementBuild business plans (long-term plans, budget, forecasts)Track and monitor business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, employee turnover, cash management, and change managementManage profit and loss for your profit center (investments, overheads, resource billability, invoicing process)QualificationsWe're looking for a Senior Business Manager with a strong business aptitude, with at least 5 years of experience in the IT sector.Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage own priorities, team player focusing on the company’s interests, with initiative and motivation to reach planned and ambitious goals.Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2 level).LocationMilanJob OfferPermanent contract
