Due to high deal flow, they are looking to add an additional Senior Analyst to their team in Rome.The role :Financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processesDevelop and maintain detailed financial modelsSupport deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction executionPrepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investorsCollaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal executionThe Individual :2+ years of experience within Financial Modelling
