We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer with proven experience in building and deploying agentic AI systems in production. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to join from the very early stages of product development, helping shape both the technology and the strategy behind next-generation AI solutions.
Your Role

Take part from concept to deployment, driving the design and implementation of AI agents that operate autonomously and collaboratively.
Apply your past real-world agentic AI experience to guide architectural choices and ensure production-grade reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
Mentor and support the team as we scale our AI initiatives from day one.

What We’re Looking For

Hands‑on experience putting agentic AI into production, not just prototypes.
Strong knowledge of Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, RAG pipelines).
Familiarity with cloud‑native development (Docker, Kubernetes) and scalable deployment.
Ability to thrive in early‑stage development environments and help define best practices.
A collaborative mindset with the curiosity to push AI boundaries.
