Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Development: Design and implement innovative tech strategies to provide added value to our existing client base.
Portfolio Management: Independently manage and grow a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside different teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Account Manager, particularly in the BPO industry.
Extensive background in selling solutions.
In-depth knowledge of the Italian market dynamics.
Strong ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Proficiency in Business English for effective communication.
