About the Role :
The Security Coordinator reports to the Country Security Manager and the local HR Manager. They are responsible for developing and implementing local security measures related to People, Assets, and Goods in coordination with Group Security. They ensure the continuous improvement of Ferrero's Security Management System at the local level, focusing on risk mitigation and cost-efficiency to protect Ferrero's personnel, physical assets, key processes, and proprietary information.
The role includes overseeing various security aspects such as Local Security Intelligence, Physical Security, Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training, and Threat and Risk Assessments across production sites, offices, warehouses, and all local business operations in collaboration with Group Security. The Security Coordinator promotes best practices and security improvements within the area.

Develops and executes local security plans, including Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, and Incident Management, aligned with Group security guidelines.
Collaborates with Group Security, local management, and other functions to address security issues promptly.
Leads investigations into violations of law, breaches of ethics, theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, embezzlement, or unauthorized disclosures of proprietary information.
Performs security assessments and deploys measures to mitigate risks.
Conducts annual risk analyses considering crime levels, terrorism, workplace violence, natural and man-made disasters.
Provides leadership and advice to local management on security policies and resource expenditures to safeguard assets.
Maintains excellent communication with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security organizations at various levels.
Manages security services at production sites, drafting and implementing security procedures compliant with Ferrero policies.

REQUIRED :

High school diploma (degree preferred)
Relevant experience in workplace security
Strong analytical and business skills to identify issues and solutions
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
