About The Job
We are seeking an exceptional SAP Analytics & AI Lead to drive our organization's artificial intelligence initiatives within our SAP Analytics ecosystem. This strategic role will bridge advanced analytics capabilities with SAP technologies to deliver transformative business insights.
Location: Barcelona
Main Responsibilities

Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and related platforms
Design and architect end-to-end data pipelines that connect SAP systems with modern AI frameworks
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI-powered analytics
Build and mentor a team of analytics professionals to expand AI capabilities across the organization
Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation within SAP environments
Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools and promote data-driven decision making

About You

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
3+ years experience applying AI/ML techniques to enterprise data
Proven expertise in Python, R, or similar languages for data science applications
Experience with modern AI frameworks and cloud-based analytics platforms
Knowledge of SAP technologies (HANA, Data Intelligence, Analytics Cloud) and data models
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
