Are you ready to drive the AI transformation of commercial and marketing tooling? This role might be exactly what you are looking for.At Moneyfarm we are looking for a talented System Integration Engineer specialising in Salesforce and we hope to hear from you soon.Main Responsibilities:Act as the technical owner and go-to expert for the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AgentforceDesign, implement, and maintain Salesforce automations using Flows, Apex, Process Builder, and Omni-Channel routing to support marketing and commercial operationsDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems or third-party tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronizationCooperate with the IT Operations team to administer, configure and optimize Salesforce environments: managing users, profiles, permission, custom objects, record types, and security settingsLiaise with marketing and commercial stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable implementations plans.Manage external consultants/tools (marketing automation vendors, Salesforce and implementation partners)Design, develop and maintain ETL pipelines to populate marketing automation tools with data coming from multiple sources, coordinating with the Data teamContribute to execute Moneyfarm's AI Roadmap around commercial and marketing automation tools (Agentforce)RequirementsBackground4+ years of experience in hands-on system integration or similar roles. Previous exposure to the fintech or wealth management industry is a mustAcademic background in engineering, computer science or similar fieldSkillsExperience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce or equivalent toolsAt least 2 years' hands-on experience in Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Flows, metadata and data model)Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and metadata management (objects, fields, relationships)Full working proficiency with SQL, familiarity with PythonExperience with data engineering tools such as DBT and Airflow, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Data Warehouses (Big Query, Redshift, ...) is a plusInterest and passion for AI and related tooling (Agentforce, N8N, Claude) is a strong plusFull English proficiency: this role will work with IT and UK teamsThis role is based in our Milan office and our smart working policy requires at least 2 days of in-office presence per week.For this role, please upload your CV in English.BenefitsHealth Insurance, Wellness planFee free investments on Moneyfarm platformIncentive schemeCareer development opportunitiesTraining opportunitiesRegular office social events
