We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst with deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business documentation, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT), while also contributing to the design and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Design and manage test cases, coordinate UAT sessions, and ensure successful sign-off.
Configure and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud, including:
Data model design and management
Setup and configuration of service processes
Flow and mobile flow creation and optimization
Work closely with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users and contribute to change management efforts.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, flows, mobile flows, and configuration.
Experience in managing documentation, test cases, and UAT processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant) are highly desirable.
