The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts across Italy, with occasional projects in other international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast‑paced, competitive environments and is passionate about building long‑term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities
Maximize product sales and market penetration across the region
Develop and manage long‑term client relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Explore and execute strategies for market entry and expansion
Represent Hangsen at trade shows and promotional events
Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Gather customer insights and conduct market analysis
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand growth (Brand, ODM,OEM)
Support and guide junior sales staff where applicable
Develop pricing strategies and assist in proposal creation
Execute promotional campaigns and on‑the‑ground sales activities
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of business and sales experience (FMCG background advantageous)
At least 1 year experience in the vaping or related industry
Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Italian
Proven ability to manage key accounts and handle multiple clients
Strong sales track record in fast‑paced, competitive environments
Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional demeanour
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
Valid driver's license required
What We Offer
Base compensation: €30,000 – €35,000 per year
