Sales Operation Specialist - Italy (Part-Time 35hs weekly)
Join Sungrow Europe as a Sales Operation Specialist. This part‑time role focuses on supporting sales teams, managing contracts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations.
Your Mission
Support Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving.
Support Sales and Legal Teams in the management of sales contracts.
Coordinate with production team in HQ, logistics team, project team, and sales team to ensure project delivery.
Communicate with customers on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics.
Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc., on a weekly/monthly basis.
Issue commercial invoices and work with finance team and sales team to follow up payment collection weekly.
Manage credit insurance line and control payment risk of shipments.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to enhance planning, reporting, and process improvement.
Your Profile
Prior solar industry and/or operations experience would be a strong plus.
Experience or knowledge in international trade highly valued.
Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping/invoicing processes.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong data analysis skills.
Proficient in ERP, MS Office and general computer use.
Basic knowledge of Italian business administration.
Fluent in Italian & English (C1 level), Mandarin a plus.
