Job Opportunity: Country Sales Manager - France
Our client, an Italian company recognized internationally in the production and marketing of technological solutions for domestic comfort (cooling, heating, air purification), is seeking a Country Sales Manager to develop and manage the French market.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for France, aligned with the company's global objectives.
Managing the P&L of the branch, monitoring economic performance, margins, and budget.
Identifying new business opportunities and building a solid sales network, focusing on acquiring new clients (retailers, distributors, installers, design studios, etc.).
Consolidating and developing relationships with existing partners, strengthening the brand presence in France.
Coordinating local resources and collaborating with functional teams at the headquarters.
Skills and Experience:
Proven commercial experience in roles of responsibility within the HVAC, systems, air conditioning, appliances, or related sectors.
Strong goal-oriented attitude with a focus on new business development.
Analytical and managerial skills for managing the P&L.
Excellent relational, negotiation skills, and strategic vision.
Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
Deep knowledge of the French commercial environment, gained through direct operational experience in France, is required.
Solid experience in business development within the French market, with direct knowledge of local dynamics and professional networks.
