Click to see how Sibelco materials are used in products and your home.Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, Piedmont and Veneto are regions at a reasonable commuting distance to get our HQ office sited Milan when needed or to any other office Sibelco office in the area, considering that we are also used to Smart Working when not travelling to visit customers.The Sales Manager will be responsible to achieve maximum profitable growth & sales objectives in line with Sibelco’s vision and strategic objectives in all North Italy. The Sales Manager will be responsible to identify new sales opportunities, commercialize new products and understanding the market and building the necessary market intelligence to retaining as well as extending the Customer portfolio.In the role of Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :Being accountable for the sales of Sibelco group products and achieving maximum profitable growth and sales objectives (volume, Net Sales, and Gross Margin) in line with Sibelco’s vision, strategic objectives & policies in ItalyVisiting customers and potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities to achieve the highest value, commercialize new products and develop sales into new applicationsBuilding up the necessary market intelligence by developing a thorough understanding of the market, including customer needs, competitors, trends, impact of local legislation to retain and extend the Customer portfolio.Develop and achieve budgeted sales targets year after yearSet prices and payment terms in line with Sibelco’s pricing and payment structures for the region and achieve the end financial targets, receivables as well as payment termsPartner together with Operations & Supply Chain with on time information to schedule the activities for the short / medium / long term period
