We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our client's International Sales team. In this dynamic and multifaceted role, you will serve as a central hub for indirect sales activities and act as a valuable sparring partner within our international team. You will contribute significantly to the success of our global network by managing processes, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations across borders.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Senior Vice President International Indirect Sales and the Backoffice teamDraft and prepare communications for both internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate and manage key administrative processesSupport visits from international physicians and distributorsCreate, analyse, and manage sales reportsCreation of professional presentations in EnglishIndependently monitor payment behaviour of distributor countriesRespond to customer requests in collaboration with internal departments (Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Product Management, Medical Education, etc.)Your ProfileCompleted commercial education and / or at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar positionProven experience working with international customers (Europe, Asia, Middle East, LATAM)Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish) are a strong assetSolid MS Office skills, ERP system experience preferredConfident, structured, and professional communicator with outstanding organisational skillsIndependent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a goal- and solution-driven mindsetCustomer-focused with the ability to think strategically and work across functions
