Department: Retail Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:ResponsibilitiesWork as part of Jet Set Team, providing support for colleagues across the storeTake accountability for the personal self evaluation and performance as a Jet Set AmbassadorEnsure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policyCollaborate with management team on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards and selling servicePractice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior tool kitLead by example as Jet Set Ambassador to ensure exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat businessMaintain client communication through utilizing all available clienteling appsProactively manage client database and utilize information to increase salesMaintain floor presence and lead by exampleBuild and maintain good communication with management team to drive store performanceMeet and exceed sales goals holding self accountable for the resultsUse of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidenceUnderstand business results and opportunities to drive salesEnsure loss prevention and H&S guidelines are properly followedEnsure VM standards are executed following the guidelinesHighlight the importance of leveraging technology for inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagementQualificationsExcitement and enthusiasm to work in fast paced retail environmentCollaborate and inspire all fellow team players working together to achieve resultsTechnology proficient, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experienceFluent English preferable and strong communication skillsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/F/VAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
