Responsibilities

Provide a personalized customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets while representing Aquazzura as an ambassador of the brand.
Assist clients with their needs, offer expert product knowledge, and stay aware of competitor activities.
Operate retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer database) accurately.
Attach price tags, manage stock and inventory, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Maintain merchandising standards and support the overall store performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year sales experience in luxury contexts.
Dynamic, friendly, engaging, and customer‑oriented personality.
Action and sales oriented with an excellent customer service attitude.
Strong communication skills and luxury product knowledge.
Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
