Job Description
As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service for customers every time they visit the store. You will assist the customer to maximize store productivity, exceed your sales targets and use the in‑store devices.
Responsibilities

Customer Service: assist the customer in all phases of the sale, from selection to purchase, ensuring that targets are reached; provide alternatives and maximize sales using the company's digital channels to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising: assist in maintaining sales floor standards; verify stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the entire size range is present.

Qualifications

Experience in the Retail sector preferred.
Excellent communication skills and customer management.
Teamwork orientation and good attention to detail.
Mandatory registration in the Mandatory Placement lists L. 68/99.
