The group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.In your role as Sales and Marketing CRM Manager you will be responsible for the development of the Group Sales CRM, reporting to the Group Sales Excellence Lead within the Group Marketing organization and in strong collaboration with Sales organization and ICT department.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Group Sales Excellence Senior Director by developing and executing the overall CRM strategy;Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and ICT teams to ensure alignment with business goals);Manage the Sales & Marketing CRM, in a mostly B2B context;Monitor standard KPIs through monthly-released dashboards and ad-hoc analysis;Train local CRM responsible people and update the existing training material;Create a community to share best practices and promote the tool’s adoption;Manage the assigned budget.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Marketing/Information Technology/Engineering or similar fields;5-7 years of professional experience in Marketing/CRM roles;Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools (ex. SAP C4C, Dynamics);Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point;Professional experience with CRM system improvement projects (new functions, corrections, customisations, optimisations);Knowledge of sales processes in a B2B context is required;Fluent English (professional working proficiency is a must), Italian is recommended, German or other languages are a plus;Excellent communication and project management skills;Keen to work with different culture and geographies, open to listen to people needs;Location: Milan (hybrid)We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
