OverviewSales and Marketing AssistantVibiplast srl has been working in the field of granulation for over 40 years, leading the production of Halogen-Free Flame Retardant (HFFR) compounds, Plasticised PVC, Rubber compounds and Rubber Chemicals Polymer bound. We export to over 35 countries, serving both small-medium sized businesses as well as major International Groups in the rubber and plastic industries. The high performance of our products, together with a top-quality customer service and technical support, allows the Company to increase the market share year by year, establishing long-term cooperation with new customers all over the world.We’re now looking for a Sales and Marketing assistant to support our European distribution network. The candidate will be in charge of supporting sales, marketing and communication activities to manage our client portfolio and develop new business opportunities.Location: Castano Primo (Milan and surrounding area). Please note we only consider candidates at a maximum distance of approximately 25Km.ResponsibilitiesSupport sales activities collecting feedback from the customers in regards to price level, samples and technical issues.Definition and creation of price list for each Country.Track products performances, P&L and product Gross Margin mix.Develop communication and web marketing campaigns aimed at generating new leads.Participates in the communication plan definition and manage social channels with the aim of promoting the products offered by the company.Plan and organize trade shows and events.RequirementsBA / BS Degree is preferredAn excellent knowledge of English language (at least at C1 level, both written and oral); knowledge of a foreign language in addition to English will be a plusAt least 2 years of experience as sales and / or marketing assistant.Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)Positive, resilient and able to adapt quickly and easily in an ever-changing environmentMotivated and energeticFast learnerThere will be a period of training to acquire the needed technical and products knowledges to fill the role.In this regard, the resource will interact with a network of qualified sales and technical manager, which will allow to reach a professional growth.
