What You Will Achieve

Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing your time to meet targets and developing short-term work plans.
Use judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.
Support, review, and evaluate requirements, project plans, and objectives.
Collaborate with business and technical groups to assess the impact of business requirements and technical changes.
Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from stakeholders, securing agreement across all parties.
Support global Pfizer Digital project deployments, continuous improvement initiatives, and implement global programs, coordinating communication and generating reports on system usage or support.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
Understands concepts of information management with emphasis on document and records management
Experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration
Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Proficiency in SQL and database management
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
