This position is totally independent from the individual operational functions of the SGR.The position requires hands-on development of risk models for the company and Funds managed, involving market, liquidity, credit, counterparty, sustainability, and operational risk. The role also includes assuring controls are operating effectively and providing research and analytical support.What will you do?Implement valuation processes, coordinating internal procedures and external service providers (e.g., valuers).Communicate risk policies and processes clearly and confidently to Boards, Investors, and Management.Design and implement an overall risk management and valuation framework for the organization.Contribute to defining risk and valuation policies and ensure their proper implementation.Establish procedures to measure, manage, and monitor all risks related to each Fund's investment strategy and the company.Promote risk awareness through staff training and support.Maintain relationships with internal teams and external consultants to inform decision-making.Gain comprehensive knowledge of the assets owned by the Funds.Coordinate with relevant departments to gather data for external valuation activities.Oversee activities carried out by external valuers.Prepare valuation reports supporting Board resolutions based on valuation outcomes.Provide necessary data and support for valuation activities conducted by other teams.You will bringRelevant tertiary qualifications in Business, risk management, or related fields, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.Experience in risk management or valuation roles, with knowledge of Investment Management, Construction, and Property Development industries, including relevant legislation and techniques.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.Belong at LendleaseWe promote workplaces that embrace diversity, respect, and equal opportunity.We are a disability-inclusive employer.
