OverviewGlobal Corporate & Commercial Italy is the unit of Generali Italia S.p.A. that develops insurance services for medium and large companies. Based in Milan, Mogliano Veneto (TV) or Rome, within the Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention department of GC&C Italy - Underwriting. You will perform risk assessments to identify, analyze and evaluate risks, as well as share best practices for risk improvement, with the goal of enhancing awareness, risk quality and underwriting profitability. You will support the global strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the targets.ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site surveys and desk activities primarily for the Property Line of Business, for domestic and multinational Clients, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIssue and check reports with the results of risk assessments and proposed mitigation measures, to support the risk management process and help businesses succeedQualificationsUniversity degree in an engineering science discipline5 years of previous experience as a Risk Engineer in multinational companiesProven knowledge of the main fire protection NFPA Standards and ABCP certification for BCM will be considered as a plusPractice in project review of fire protection systemsAbility to work in a team and in an international contextFluent in English and ItalianAnalytical mindset, good communication and planning skillsB driving license and availability to frequent business trips
