Fratelli Società is looking for a Maintenance Manager for the Foggia Plant. It will report directly to the Technical Area Manager and directly manage a team.ResponsibilityGuarantee and maximize the reliability and efficiency of production and packaging lines, through the planning and management of ordinary, extraordinary, corrective and improvement maintenance activities, with the support and management of internal and external resources; propose investment projects and interventions in order to maximize the performance and reliability of the lines; guarantee the presence of adequate maintenance materials through the timely request for supply, respecting the needs of the Plant and the guidelines of its manager and the functional references of the Group.Main activitiesEnsure compliance with all rules and regulations relating to safety in the choice of the technical partners and in the methods of implementation of maintenance interventions.Guarantee the management and updating of the documentation relating to the assets and the mandatory documents relating to the fixed assets of the Plant, in compliance with the law and Group proceduresEnsure the definition of the most adequate maintenance policies for production and packaging lines such as RLC (Works and Cost Manager), the methods of intervention of the planned activities (times and costs), as well as the use of internal and external resources based on operational specifications, respecting the characteristics of the plant and according to the Company's guidelines.Guarantee the operational implementation of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions on the production and packaging lines, coordinating the assigned personnel and external companies, in compliance with the production and packaging programs and packaging and defined plans, pursuing the best possible relationship between times and costs.Guarantee adequate planning of maintenance services, reducing the duration and number of interventions, minimizing costs and downtime to guarantee the constant functioning of production lines and structures.Identify, considering the specifications, methods of evolution of machines and systems and technologies with respect to their obsolescence, manage modification requests coming from production functions and optimal technical solutions, capable of guaranteeing the maximization of production efficiency and minimization of costs.Assist in the assembly phases and the installation of new lines and new machines, collaborating in the test phase and starting production, defining, in the event of variations or delays, corrective actions based on existing Group procedures.Contribute, together with the manager, to the management and development of the assigned human resources, ensuring, through involvement, suitable levels of competence, in accordance with company policies.Guarantee the correct management and reliability of maintenance data and information entered into the plant's CMMS system, in order to allow correct data analysis in a process of continuous improvement.Requirements and knowledgeTechnical expert (mechanical/electronic).At least 6 years of previous experience in the role.Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawingReading electrical diagrams and pneumatic diagrams.Proficiency in autocad, inventor, office package, SAP, and Step 7 for PLC fault searchAt Barilla, we are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity in all its forms is valued and embraced.
