Location: Giurdignano (LE). This is a temporary full‑time contract for the entire summer season, morning shift.
Job description: Responsible for managing and serving a luxury masseria’s bar during the summer season. Requires experience in high‑quality hospitality facilities and proficiency in at least one foreign language.
Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, including inventory, customer service, and compliance with health regulations.
Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure a high‑quality experience for guests in a luxury setting.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during peak periods.

Qualifications

Experience managing a bar in a luxury or high‑quality hospitality environment.
Knowledge of at least one foreign language.
Good computer skills are advantageous but not required.
Legal age and right to work in Italy.
