We are seeking a Reporting & Consolidation Specialist ready to join the Reporting & Consolidation Team of our Milan office. The Reporting & Consolidation Specialist will contribute to the Planning and Control activities of the Group, including coordinating the yearly Budgeting process, actual monthly closures, and forecasting.ResponsibilitiesSupport Reporting & Consolidation Manager for what concerns all the controlling and reporting cycle of the Group: budgeting, monthly Closing, forecasting, Strategic planning;Analysis of figures collected from affiliates and support to the Local Controllers and Corporate staff to ensure timely and accurate submissions of the data requested;Support Reporting & Consolidation Team to manage and maintain the reporting tools updated;Collaborate with IT department to support the continuous development of legacy reporting Systems and tools;Participate to specific projects concerning enhancement of reporting, financial & accounting processes;Provide ad hoc analysis;Manage the preparation of the presentations of the Financial details for the Management.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in complex multinational organizations, managing consolidated financial and managerial processesSound knowledge of general ledger and financial closing processesKnowledge of MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
