Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, by remote instruction or onsite troubleshooting.
Assist customers with product installation and operation.
Design product brochures, operation manuals, and videos.
Perform other work assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in power electronics, electrical automation, or related engineering disciplines.
At least 2 years of after-sales or technical support experience, familiar with PV energy storage systems, lithium batteries, UPS.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local language.
