Key Responsibilities

Coordinate administrative processes, including documentation and transaction follow‑up.
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking activities.
Identify and build partnerships with local influencers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analytics, support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Collect client feedback to enhance service offerings and fine‑tune engagement strategies.
Your Profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2C sales or client relationship management (investments, brokerage, finance).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
A proactive, client‑first mindset with a passion for finance and investments.
