Regional Account Manager - Engineering Business Unit
To strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization
Responsible for the performance of the assigned portfolio, with a strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory
Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations
Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage
Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing
5–8 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in the machinery and equipment market
Proven track record of gaining and maintaining lasting customer relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong sense of accountability and commitment
Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities
Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
