Electrolux Professional - we are The OnE.ResponsibilitiesTo strengthen our organization we are looking for a Project Leader who will contribute to scout and develop new Strategic Initiatives and opportunities to expand Electrolux Professional’s business in the professional food equipment industry.Work in a dedicated R&D environment with a focus on the development of new strategic initiatives such as: Chains initiatives, Open Innovation, Architecture Products, innovative modules, etc.Clear understanding of Chains / K-accounts and Food Professionals needsMaintain good technical relationships with assigned customersProvide prompt feedback to the customer through feasibility analysis (specification, time, cost, etc.)Strong support for the definition of the technical specificationBe part of various R&D teams during the product development processDeliver project milestones and check pointsCreate relevant project documentation and keep stakeholders informed of updatesProactive approach to maintaining excellent quality and reliability of the productDemonstrate flexibility and creativity in developing dedicated special solutionsFoster strong teamwork and organizational skillsInteract with all functions in a global organization from shop floor to managementLead change and execute business improvement projects in a large-scale global matrix organizationBe proactive with a results-oriented, sustainable business mindset and share knowledge with colleaguesWork autonomously toward targets and drive project resultsCommunicate clearly and report in a transparent mannerApply strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPromote positive teamwork and lead by influencingWork independently and as part of a diverse, intercultural team to resolve problems quickly and share informationEducation & ExperienceDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fieldAt least 5 years in R&D / product developmentStrong mindset on product innovationStrong knowledge of Professional Products Food (and sub-components)Experience with Project ManagementExperience using 3D modelling software (preferably CATIA V5)Familiarity with developing tools such as FMEA, QFD, DFM, etc.Computer literacyFamiliarity with stainless steel metal parts and plastic technology (injection moulding, extrusion, thermoforming components)Fluent English; Italian considered a plusAbout Electrolux ProfessionalElectrolux Professional is one of the leading global providers of food service, beverage and laundry for professional users.
