About Our Offer
Starts at 25,000€ gross per year.
1–2 days off per week.
40 working hours per week.

About The Job
Quoting and booking requests from FIT, tailor‑made, and Group clients.
Create proposals for clients where we don’t have inventory and follow up on them.
Try to increase conversation ratio and margins.
Proactive communication with B2B team/Supply to ensure the best proposal.
Filter requests following organization guidelines.
Oversee and manage hotel and land service reservations for groups and individuals.
Ensure last‑minute operational changes and/or reservations.
Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
Load all reservations correctly into the system.
Send all needed documents (final details and vouchers) to clients.
Send proforma invoice to clients in advance when pre‑payment is required.
Monitor pre‑payments of both clients and suppliers.
Solve daily operational issues.
Assist clients on the spot through the emergency line.
Re‑check all reservations day by day.
Monitor booking positions for groups and send weekly updates to hotels.
About You
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Italian. Other European languages advantageous.
Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in the leisure and Italian tourism industry.
Able to work flexibly, including different shifts Monday–Sunday.
Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills.
Collaborative and great team player.
Ability to prioritize day‑by‑day workload.
