We acknowledge that a feeling of belonging is the foundation of our employees' success – and, consequently, Ellab’s success.What you will be doing in this role?As our Quality Manager in Italy, you will be responsible for driving, maintaining and developing the subsidiary’s quality management incl. ISO9001 certification and ISO17025 accreditation. Ellab is aligning the quality management globally which includes implementation of global processes and establishment of one global multisite ISO9001 certification. It will be your responsibility to drive the transformation in Italy working closely with the local team. Your responsibilities will include:Manage, evaluate and improve the quality processes in ItalyAdopt and implement global quality processesEstablish/ensure sufficient documented processes, procedures and instructionsManage nonconformities, complaints and change control casesPreparation and coordination of management reviewHandle quality agreements and questionnaires from customersConduct internal audits and host audits from external stakeholdersConduct internal quality trainingCollecting sustainability data to HeadquarterParticipation in regular global quality meetingsSkills and experience you will bring to EllabWe are looking for a service minded colleague with a passion for improving quality processes with a keep it simple mindset. You have excellent collaboration skills and are self-driven, proactive, positive with a can-do attitude.
