Job Summary
This position reports to the Supply Quality Manager and is focused on assisting the local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. You will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost‑effective and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement quality tools for incoming inspections, defining quality requirements, quality gates, process control plans, and quality procedures. Be responsible for quality training.
Support the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability.
Lead quality operations for a specific product family, driving continuous improvement on process and product, and coordinating quality activities in production to achieve business targets.
Manage non‑conformity issues, working closely with other functions and leading root cause analysis using the DMAIC approach.
Qualifications
Enhanced knowledge of statistical analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab). Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
Innovative mindset with the willingness to express full potential, bring value‑added ideas, and commit to delivering results.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
