Quality Assurance Manager, Amazon Music, Amazon Music Customer Experience

Key Job Responsibilities
Understanding how all elements of the Amazon Music Mobile Experience and Voice Experience work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
Managing and developing an elite team of QA engineers.
Working with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements.
Developing test strategies and creating appropriate test harnesses as well as pragmatic testing approaches.
Driving testing methodology and tools to support agile development lifecycles.
Overseeing the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience (manual and automation testers)
Experience testing web technologies and back‑end services
Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
