Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers.Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $1.5 million.Coordinate and optimize NDT activities liaising with QC NDT Supervisor in order to act as a reference person for the subjectProvide answer and advice on all NDT matters, dealing with Client and Third PartyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Quality Control.ISO 9712 NDT L3 or equivalentFluency in EnglishDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
