It specializes in producing innovative, turn-key plants such as hot and cold rolling mills for flat products, process lines, reheating furnaces, heat treatment lines, rolling mills for long products, meltshops, and continuous casting machines.We are seeking aProject Manager Sales SIE HANDELNRepresent SMS group towards customers and coordinate internal project relationships;Conduct regular project discussions and negotiations with customers and consortium members, documenting outcomes;Lead core team meetings and record results;Manage the overall sales project as an "entrepreneur inside the company";Understand project goals, requirements, and bid budget;Define project strategy in collaboration with the Core Sales Team and Project Owner Sales;Manage the Core Sales Team;Allocate project budget (Bid Budget) within authorized limits;Implement target costing based on project financials;Serve as the official negotiation point with customers and contract partners for technical and commercial matters, in cooperation with the Commercial and Technical Managers Sales;Organize project meetings involving the Core Sales Team and contract partners, including risk meetings;Adhere to travel policies and obtain necessary approvals;Request project-related data and information as needed;Possess written power of attorney for contract negotiations, legally binding only when signed by authorized representatives of the legal entity.Required QualificationsGraduate or Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;Minimum of 3-4 years experience in technical sales within complex plant manufacturing companies;Proven ability to analyze complex customer requests and prepare technical offers;Commercial acumen to identify competitive solutions and manufacturing strategies;Strong knowledge of mechanical technical drawings; basic understanding of media systems, electrical, and automation packages;Coordination skills for managing proposal teams;Willingness to travel worldwide as required;Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus;Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Project) and basic knowledge of SAP;Experience with drawing tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo) is advantageous but not required.We look forward to receiving your application via email toJ-18808-Ljbffr
