It specializes in producing innovative and turnkey plants, including hot and cold rolling mills for flat products, process lines, reheating furnaces, heat treatment lines, rolling mills for long products, meltshops, and continuous casting machines.We are seeking aProject Manager Sales SIE HANDELNRepresenting SMS group towards customers and managing internal project relationships;Conducting regular project discussions and negotiations with customers and consortium members, documenting outcomes;Leading core team meetings and documenting results;Holding the role of an 'entrepreneur inside the company' for the overall sales project;Understanding project goals, requirements, and Bid Budget;Defining project strategy in collaboration with the Core Sales Team and Project Owner Sales;Managing the Core Sales Team;Allocating the project budget (Bid Budget) approved until the next stage;Implementing target costing based on project financials;Negotiating as the official contact point with customers and contract partners, handling technical and commercial communications in cooperation with the Commercial and Technical Managers until contract signing;Organizing project meetings, including risk assessments when necessary;Travel within company guidelines and approvals;Requesting all relevant project data and information;Possessing project-related power of attorney for contract negotiations, legally binding when signed by authorized representatives.SIE WISSENGraduate or Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;3-4 years of experience in technical sales within complex plant manufacturing companies;Experience in analyzing customer requests and preparing technical offers;Commercial skills to develop competitive solutions and manufacturing strategies;Proficiency in Mechanical technical drawings and basic knowledge of media systems, electrical, and automation packages;Strong coordination skills for managing proposal teams;Willingness to travel worldwide;Fluent in English; German is a plus;Good knowledge of Office, including Project, and basic SAP skills;Experience with drawing tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo) is advantageous but not required.Interested candidates are invited to send their applications via email toJ-18808-Ljbffr
