OverviewThe candidate will work in close collaboration with the Head of PPMO, the Senior PMs, and other members of the PPMO team to manage R&D projects of varying complexity, from early stages (IND ready to Ph1-2) to later stages (Ph3 and beyond) of Clinical Drug Development and Life Cycle Management.ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, execute programs according to predefined objectives, activities, budget, and schedule.Establish and maintain project documentation (Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Gantt Chart, Project Trackers, Stakeholder Chart, Risk Management Tool, communication grid, etc.).Arrange and facilitate meetings.Support the budgeting process and monitor budget utilization.Monitor progress of activities and results.Consolidate information and provide timely reports and insights.Identify and anticipate issues, proposing contingency and mitigation plans for approval.Ensure project activities adhere to established R&D project governance.Provide regular updates to Senior Project Managers, fostering a professional, safe, and inclusive work environment.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, empowering asset development teams with necessary information.QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD in scientific disciplines, with experience in oncology development.Ability to understand and manage data from various sources within clinical trials in Oncology.Good understanding of clinical development processes across stages and Life Cycle Management.Preferred 5+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical R&D industry.Proven project management skills.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in a matrixed, geographically diverse environment.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Preferred project management certification and experience in cross-division or enterprise-level projects.J-18808-Ljbffr
